Bill Bot is a for almost everything you can think of, well it is planned to be, it's a 100% free bot without premium or any paid options or features. This bot will hopefully have Modreation commands, Fun commands, General commands, and more here are one of each of these catagories. Logging, this bot automaticly logs all messages and any moderation commands used by staff and they will be logged to a channel you can set by (prefix)logs if it finds this channel, for message logs it will log to #messege-logs if it finds that channel (I will make a command later), make sure to have that all set up.
