Creates smash gifs from .slp files
This bot is designed to turn highlights from .slp files into gifs, with as much ease as possible! A user will play a game of melee on Slippi Dolphin, which generates a replay .slp file. All the user has to do is send this bot that replay file, with the specified start/end times, and the potential framerate and resolution, and the bot will create the highlights, upload it, and send back a link to the highlight.
