This bot, which can be set up in less than 10 seconds, allows users to create support tickets by sending a message in a special channel.
This bot aims to make adding a support system very easy. As easy as typing one command.
All you do, is just invite the bot, and type -setup. Assuming the bot has the necessary perms (and if it doesn't, it'll let you know), then it will do two things:
Create a channel called #make-a-ticket.
Create a role called TicketSupport.
Then, if a user has a question, all they have to do is go to #make-a-ticket, and type their question. The bot will then delete their question, and create a support ticket with their question included.
This support ticket can be viewed by the user who opened it, and anyone with the TicketSupport role.
Once you've helped them, anyone with the TicketSupport role can type -close in the ticket, and that's it!
Setting up and using this bot is extremely easy, and anyone can understand how to use it.

If the bot doesn't work, or has errors, do the following steps:
Check the bot has all the perms listed at the bottom of https://eztickets.jackgames.net/instructions .
Check the bot can view and send messages in the channel you're typing -setup in.
If that doesn't work, type -unsetup, wait a moment, and then type -setup again.
