An advanced ticket tool for you and your guild.
Now introducing GlobalX Tickets.
GlobalX Tickets is a Discord Bot that allows you to easily setup a ticket section for your guild. Users have access to open tickets, receive support and/or open tickets for other reasons.
The bot's prefix is !g
Upon inviting the bot, to get started, execute the !g set-category [categoryID] and the bot will automatically create the channel within the category and send an embed to complete setting up the process.
You can add staff, remove staff, add users, remove users, change the embed title, change the embed description, rename the ticket channels, change the button text and other amazing things.
As well as this, we also have a logging system for when there is a ticket opened & closed.
In order to set a log channel, execute !g logs #channel and then you're ready to go! :)
