This bot allows admininstrators or moderators or anyone with the required permissions to mute and unmute users, kick and ban users from the server. It’s based off of the character ‘Eugene’ from the popular YouTuber Beluga’s videos. It is a very basic bot but does the job. The prefix is '$'.
