SETTING : MODERN DAY, EARTH X23-A, POST WORLD WAR III After forming a super continent at the end of World War III using portals, the world has been split into three areas, Utopia, Midland, and The Jungle. Utopia (formerly known as The Americas) is run like a normal government, with little to no crime. The Jungle (formerly Eurasia) is run with no laws in place. All crime is legal. Midland (Africa) is a sanctioned area with few laws, operating solely on morals.
