Voice Channels are designed for Duos, Trios, and Squads, and public Channels exist if you want to chat with more than 3 other people! You will also have to introduce yourself to the server with a fun description of yourself and your needs in terms of Minecraft (but chiiiill, that is not a requirement).
Ability to be in calls quite recommended, but not utterly necessary. If you want to have fun with random people who like Minecraft as much as you, don't hesitate anymore!
