Cottage House is a Mad Rat Dead fanserver started by @Jesse Juice and @Kris. As with any server, especially one based around a relatively large fanbase, rules need to be made.

- Racists, pedophiles, nazis, etc will NOT be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.
- Swearing is okay, but slurs are not allowed, even if the slur is applicable to you.
- Respect other people's pronouns.
- No NSFW content, this one should be obvious given the server's topic.
- If talking about spoilers, please do so in the spoilers category, someone may not have finished the game yet!
- Generally try to be respectful towards other server members, the server was named after a relaxing song for a reason.
