You Start In a Tavern is a tabletop roleplaying game community based around games like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulu, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Dungeon World, and so many more! We're a community driven to making the Tabletop RPG(TTRPG) experience for newer players who might have questions about how it all works as welcoming as possible. We also value conversation, discussion, and healthy debate for more experienced players who may have questions, thoughts, and ideas about their favorite roleplaying games.
We strive to be an all-inclusive server with a diverse community of all races, genders, and sexual orientations. We know that there are several pockets of the larger TTRPG community that lean on being exclusive or only catering to certain games; but that isn't You Start in a Tavern. All our welcome to join our community.
We also have plenty of non-TTRPG related topics to discuss, from food, video games, media, arts and crafts, and so on! Soon we'll be doing giveaways and contests for prizes as well!
