At one point in time humans were "normal" no powers, no magic, and no special aspects at all. But little did they know, those people existed under their noses.
The so-called powered humans like to go under the name of "aspects". The aspects have hidden themselves in order to safely exist from the government, and to safely exist in mortal life.
Around 10 years ago from present lore. An organization was made from the aspects. They called this the unknown hero's. These people sought to help the world from dangerous aspects and recruit other aspects. But some aspects known as rebels deny the organization and refuse to join them. So the organization marks rebels as dangerous.
Now the world is split in 4. The unknown hero's, The rebels, the so called villains, and the mortals. And everyone plans to keep it that way

Obviously aspects live in the mortal world. But to mortals they live in a one city island.
The city and island share the same name, the city of luztomen
Luztomen is a medium sized island. Home to around 2.6 million residents the city is ever expanding. They have shops, governmental buildings, and everything else a city could have.
The richest part of town is the northern area. This is where most of the wealthiest people like to live because of the nice housing. While the western housing Is for normal people
