Over 1,000 years ago, it was common for demi-gods to get attacked by both normal humans and creatures due to their abilities. Seeing all of this, the gods would create Camp Ton Theón, also known as Camp of Gods, for the demi-gods as a safe place. The camp is known as the only safe space for the demi-gods.
The camp director, Dionysus, was chosen to be the director of camp as punishment for chasing after an off-limits nymph, and he would stay the director until Zeus felt like he learned his lesson. Over the next thousand years, Camp Ton Theón was a sacred place where only demi-gods were able to enter. As the years went on, the humans would forget about the existence of gods, demi-gods, and so on, but the mythological creatures still roam around, looking for demi-gods to attack.
