A sinister force sends waves throughout the cosmos, causing ripples in reality. These ripples result in the creation of Rifts in spacetime. These rifts result in the timeline being skewed, or crossing with another. That's where the Time Patrol comes in.
The Time Patrol is an elite group of warriors granted the ability to detect the rifts, and the power to restore them. Their purpose is to safeguard the timeline from catastrophic disruptions caused by the Rifts.
