The year is 1888; a time of telegrams, shootouts and cowboys. The only modes of transportation are horses, stagecoaches, ox drawn wagons and the trains of the time.
South Park is a small yet fast growing town, which started with some of the current residents starting a small settlement that became permanent with time.
The characters in this are about ten years older than they would be in canon.
