UTTP shortened for UtubeTrollPolice is a group of internet trolls founded by Tommy Parky in 2010. They mostly go around harassing youtubers and content creators by replying with stupid stuff like "WE ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN DANNO CAL + WE MAKE BETTER CONTENT." When you find users like this I would advise you to ignore them and report them for cyber bullying immediately. That is what we at CYTP is working for, we want to make YouTube a better place!
