Brand new server, so right now I'm in the Council forming stage. Arbiter, Warden, Architect, Curator, Attendant. These roles fill the Servers Council. Aside from the servers theme, I have a strict and well thought hierarchical structure that I believe breeds a highly efficient and successful server. So long as the Council is in unison, and motivated.
