Formcord is a powerful form system that serves as a replacement for google forms. It integrates with discord to make forms secure and makes it easy to identify the person who submits a form response.

Information blocks such as text (markdown) blocks and title & description blocks, as well as different field blocks like short answer, long answer, options, checkboxes etc.
Short answer blocks supports regex as well as custom error messages for the regex
Conditional logic so you can show fields and steps depending on the answer of a specific field

At r/alevel, a community of about 38,000 members, we’re really glad we chose Formcord over Google Forms. The Discord login feature meant we could verify that the person signing up was actually the one behind their Discord account, removing the risk of impersonation and making everything much more secure and reliable.

Formcord has helped a lot in our r/iGCSE application system and essentially was a much needed upgrade from the normal google forms. It is also very user-friendly to work with and is easily compatible for many servers that make use of forms these days.
