Hi! Welcome to Psych Support. We made this server for those who are going through various mental health issues. If you are going through something, please do join! We dont shy away from very serious topics such as suicide or self harm. We have seperate channels for different mental illnesses, as well as a more broad channel for not as common mental illnesses. Just remember you are loved and we will always have support for you at Psych Support. Many of the members of Psych Support have dealt with mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety, giving a deeper understanding of whats going on. Feel free to share whatever is on your mind, dont hesitate! It's so powerful to get it off your chest and just talk. Thanks!
