Counting module has been fixed, no implemented a check to ensure users cannot count multiple times in a row.

patch 6.1 & 6.2

implemented API Batch calling. Reworked Authguard Consistent API Error calling for ALL functions site-wide. Increased timeouts, and increased retry attempts in cases of poor or inaddiquate network connections, to prevent network errors when loading pages. backend has been re-organized, and is hopefully alot easier to manage.
