Social credit system using +2 or -2
Social credit system - +2 to do a +2 and -2 to do a -2. Do /leaderboard for the server leaderboard and /socialcredit for your score. Only accepts pings (for now) and can be used in any channel. Disable talk permissions in a specific channel and the +2 -2 system will not work in that channel.
