AutoTicket

How it works

1. Designate a channel as your ticket intake using /autoticket
2. A member sends a message in that channel - AutoTicket takes it from there
3. A private ticket channel is created automatically with the right team members included
4. Your support team responds, claims the ticket, and closes it when done
5. A transcript is sent to the user and/or your log channel on close

No buttons to click, no forms to fill, no bots to DM. Just... message and done.
