Бот сделан криворукими недоразработчиками. На сервере поддержки неадекватные модеры, даже на вопрос нормально ответить не могут. Вместо адекватного ответа используют документацию бота, в которой по сути нет ответа на вопрос. Начинаешь спрашивать что-то дают мут, а в следующий раз и бан могут влепить. Не советую вообще с этими мудилами связываться.
