An advanced, easy to use ticket bot, with many customizable features.

BlueTickets is an easy to use ticket bot with many customizable features!

User Commands:

help - Opens the help menu
new - Creates a new ticket
info - Shows some basic bot info

Staff Commands:

close - Closes a ticket channel
add - Adds a user to a ticket
remove - Removes a user from a ticket
archive - This command will "archive" a ticket by moving it to a specific category.
setup - An easier, alternative settings commands
rename - Renames a ticket

Some of the settings you can modify include:

Ticket Roles
Online Configuration Panel
Ticket and Archive Categories
Command Permissions
Bot Prefix
Bot Messages
Configuration Panel

Its a bit hard to use, it would be great if there'd be instructions on how to make only the participants and The Support team to see the tickets and archives (for these who dont know how to use discord). Overall the bot is great.

Thanks for the feedback! I've added an option to the -setup command which will walk you through the process of setting up the bot. Hopefully it will be easier for people to use.
