Tickets Is a ticket bot with custom commands and a good ticket system

The commands:

1. !new <Problem> -> To create a ticket
2. !close <Reason> -> To close a ticket
3. !info -> To see more info about a ticket
4. !opentickets <@user> -> To see the open tickets from that user
5. !add <@user> -> To add someone to your ticket
6. !remove <@user> -> To remove someone from your ticket
7. !rename <New ticket name> -> To rename your ticket
8. !blacklist <add/remove> <@user> -> To add someone to your ticket blacklist
9. !ticket <Ticket Number> -> To see more info about a closed ticket
10. !tickets <@user> -> To see all tickets from that user
