Unella

Ever wanted to timeout someone? Ever wanted to publicly shame one of your friends for doing something wrong? Well then Unella is the bot for your server!

What does she do?

Unella will make sure anyone on a timeout will not be able to write any messages or talk in any channel. She comes with a text and voice channel. She uses the text channel to listen for commands. She will use the voice channel to force any sinners who are on a timeout to only be able to stay in that channel. She will also join them in the channel and make sure they know that they have sinned.

How?

She comes with a list of commands helping you to accomplish this. Some commands are allowed in her text channel, others are only avaiable through DM'ing Unella. Some commands does also require you to have Admin permissions on the server.

Admin Commands

Shame on In order to timeout/shame someone you can type Shame on @user for x seconds. This will timeout/shame @user for x seconds, such that they aren't allowed to speak or write anything in the server (except for commands). You must be admin and writing in Unellas text channel to use this command.

Absolve You can absolve a sinner of their sins, completely removing their time left, this can be done using absolve @user. You must be admin and writing in Unellas text channel to use this command.

Who are thy sinners? If an Admin wants to know who is currently on a timeout on the server they can write who are thy sinners? in Unellas text channel and she will list all the sinners that are currently there. This command can only be used in Unellas text channel.

Setup Unella As mentioned Unella comes with a text and voice channel. She will create these when first joing the server. Should something go wrong and you lose these channels, admins can type setup unella in order to recreate these channels if needed. Unella will only recreate the channels if they don't exist anymore and the channels must be created by Unella in order for her to know of their exsistence. This command can be used in any text channel on the server.

Set reduction time Sinners can repent for their sins (see "I repent for my sins" command). In order for this to work on the server an admin first needs to use the this command. If an admin types set reduction time x, this will set the reduction time of the server to "x" seconds. If x < 1 then i repent for my sins is essentially disabled. The reduction time is set to 0 when Unella joins a new server.

Non-admin Commands

Have I sinned? Anyone can DM Unella and use the command have i sinned? Unella will then list all the servers that the user is currently a sinner on and how much time there is left on their sentence.

I repent for my sins If an admin on the server has set the reduction time to anything more than 0, sinners can use the command i repent for my sins in order to get time removed from their sentence. The amount of time is specified by the reduction time. This command can only be used in Unellas text channel.
