ChatMan - API + Bot Source

ChatMan is a little API and discord bot that uses
machine learning to learn and chat, also it has a small amount of moderation features,
such as ban,kick or BulkDelete.
The prefix of the bot is ~.
The current commands list is:
~help -> Show help categories.
~help mod -> Show available moderation commands.
~help chatbot -> See how ChatMan works and how to use.
~invite -> Get the bot invite.
~vote -> Get a link to vote for the bot, this will have prizes in the future!
~ban <mention> -> Bans the selected user.
~kick <mention> -> Kicks the selected user.
~bdel <amount of messages> -> Deletes the given amount of messages.
