Gametime bot logs and keeps track of what games you play and keeps a total time of games played. The command '=playtimes' will show a leader board of all the playtimes of all members of the discord. '=recent' will show your recent game played and for how long. More features and command will come in the future, feel free to dm me or join the support server and suggest ideas or let me know of any bugs.

Terms of Service for Gametime Discord Bot

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gametime, a Discord bot developed by Juan#5432 ("Developer"), as well as any associated services, features, or content provided by the bot. By using Gametime, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration 1.1 You must have a valid Discord account to use Gametime. By adding Gametime to your server or using any of its features, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions to authorize the bot's access to your server and that you are authorized to bind the server to these Terms. 1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and any login credentials associated with it. You agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of Gametime 2.1 Gametime is intended to track and log the games you play and maintain a total time of games played. You acknowledge and agree that the accuracy and availability of the tracked data may depend on various factors, including but not limited to Discord's functionality and availability. 2.2 Gametime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer does not warrant that the bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from defects. 2.3 You understand and agree that the Developer may collect and use certain data, including but not limited to server information and user activity data, to improve the bot's functionality, performance, and user experience. The collection and use of such data will be subject to the Developer's Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Conduct 3.1 You agree not to use Gametime for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. 3.2 You shall not engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functionality or security of Gametime or Discord servers. 3.3 You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, servers, or systems associated with Gametime. 3.4 You shall not use Gametime to transmit any unauthorized or unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or other similar content. 3.5 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Gametime, or attempt to derive the source code from the bot. 3.6 You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within Gametime.

Intellectual Property 4.1 Gametime and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Developer. 4.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Gametime without obtaining prior written permission from the Developer.

Limitation of Liability 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Gametime. 5.2 The Developer's total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with Gametime shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for using the bot.

Termination 6.1 The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gametime at any time without prior notice or liability. 6.2 Upon termination, you shall cease all use of Gametime and delete any copies of the bot in your possession or control.

Changes to the Terms 7.1 The Developer may modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the bot's official website or through other reasonable means. 7.2 By continuing to use Gametime after the effective date of any modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
