TicTacToe

This bot has a /tic tac toe slash command. This command has a difficulty option (which is an integer between 1-3) that's used to decide how hard the game will be. The AI for the first difficulty will be way easier, in the second difficulty the AI will be harder, and in the final difficulty (3) the AI will be just like the one in the second difficulty except the bot will make the first move.
