here is some commands that will be usefull.

t!new

• this command will create a chanell thats like #ticket-yourid. You can talk with mods here.

t!delete

• when you use this command in your tickets channel, the channel will be deleted and you will be dm'd with a transcript of your messages (we cant see your messages.)

t!transcript

• it will give you a transcript in your ticket channel uploaded on sourceb.in (again we cant see your messages.)

• we use an api for it so bot only can write and will not cache your messages :)
