Any command don't work. I give him administrator but still its the same problem.
It's a simple fun bot with a couple of fun commands as well as a changeable prefix by using the command .newprefix.
This bot has many things it has some image commands that change your profile and I will be trying to update this bot as frequently as possible but this also has some utilities and a customizable prefix. it has things like wanted which is a wanted poster and a lot of other things. even some server management like muting creating roles and other such.

Top Tier is a bot that everyone should be adding to their servers, and has multiple functionalities which make the bot worth your time.

Top Tier works very well and it is worth adding to your server. It is still a WIP but it works great.
