ASOIAF: A Time of War

The year is 298 A.C.

War looms on the horizon, the pawns and catspaws have been put in place. And Winter is Coming.

Nearly three hundred years after Aegon's Conquest, the death of Jon Arryn, Hand of the King, and the appointment of Eddard Stark as his replacement has begun a series of events that will forever change Westeros. Within the lands of Westeros, tensions boil over between the north and the south as plot after plot finds them at each others necks. From the shadows there are those who use the chaos to further themselves, and worse still, further those they mean to put on the Iron Throne.

Across the Narrow Sea, a young Targaryen princess finds herself thrust into the hands of fate, sold to a man by her Beggar King brother in the hopes of an invading army. Now she must realize the future of her house, choose between what is good and what is right, and bring both Fire and Blood to those that stand in her way.

To the icy wastes in the far north, a darkness awakens after tens of thousands of years and sets its sights on the lands of summer. The game of thrones has begun, now it is time to see who are the players, and who are the pieces.

It is time to see who wins, and who dies.
